Mountain bike route that takes us from Islantilla to Isla Cristina through the Ruta del Camaleón, and to Ayamonte along the Vía Verde Litoral, passing through Pozo del Camino and returning through La Redondela. In Isla Cristina, travel through the pine forest next to the dune range, until you reach the Carreras Estuary, in addition to the Isla Cristina Salt Flats, traveling through part of the Isla Cristina Marismas Natural Area until you reach the 'Molino del Pintado' Tidal Ecomuseum in Ayamonte.
