This circular route connects some of Islantilla's most emblematic spots: the Los Cabezos Park, the Rio Frio Avenue and the Promenade. The route, approximately 5 km long, combines natural areas, urban spaces, and sections with direct views of the Atlantic.

Starting at the western end of the seafront promenade, the route gently ascends through Los Cabezos Park, offering panoramic views. From there, it descends towards Avenida Río Frío, a green corridor ideal for relaxation or exercise, before finally returning to the Paseo de Poniente.

Along the way, you'll be able to appreciate a rich variety of local flora and fauna, as well as small rest areas with benches and natural viewpoints. This route represents the essence of Islantilla: nature, well-being and the sea.
